Refund policy

At Bags Branista, we want you to love every purchase you make with us. That’s why we offer a 30-day Return & Refund Policy, designed to give you peace of mind and the confidence to shop with ease.

Please note: Returns, exchanges, and refunds cannot be processed for purchases made more than 30 days ago.

You may be eligible for a return or refund under the following circumstances:

  1. Incorrect Product: If we sent you the wrong item, we’ll make it right.
  2. Defective Product: If the product is defective, as described below, we’ll offer a solution.
  3. Damaged During Shipping: If your bag arrives damaged, you can choose a complimentary exchange or request a refund by emailing us directly.
  4. Tampering Evidence: If there is any sign that the product has been tampered with, please reach out to us right away.

Important Notes:

  • Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds for items purchased simply because you’ve changed your mind.
  • Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from all returns to help cover the cost of processing the return.
  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping fees when sending items back to our facility.
  • Transaction Fee: If you cancel your order or request a refund for any reason, please note that a 5% transaction fee will apply.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll send you an email to confirm its arrival and provide an update on your refund request. If your refund is approved, we’ll process it and the credited amount will be returned to your original payment method. Refunds typically take a few business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchange Policy:

We want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase, so we offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you’d like to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at bagsbranista@gmail.com. We’ll provide you with all the necessary steps and instructions on how to return the item for an exchange. Please wait for our response before proceeding with the return.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet, here are some things to check:

  1. Check your account—sometimes refunds can take a few days to appear.
  2. Processing times—delays can happen depending on your payment provider or credit card company.
  3. Transaction delays—keep in mind that sometimes there can be delays between when we process the refund and when it shows up in your account.
